One from the Bacardi Brown-Forman guys using Southern Comfort to create an after-dinner winter warmer.
Day 7 – Southern Comfort Hot Bramble – Southern Comfort
Glass –
Highball (heat proof) glass
Ingredients –
50ml red wine
25ml apple juice
1 cinnamon stick
1 Star Anise
1.5 tsps of caster sugar
dash of Angostura bitters
Heat all ingredients slowly to a gentle simmer. Serve in a heatproof glass.
Garnish with a cinnamon stick
