One of my own creations for Day 8, using the most unusual Chase Marmalade.
Day 8 – Marmaduke – Chase Marmalade
Glass –
Chilled Martini glass
Ingredients –
25ml Creme de Fraise
25ml fresh lemon juice
25ml Mango Puree
1 tea-spoon fresh ginger
Method –
Blend all ingredients with ice and shake until ice cold. Strain into chilled Martini glass.
Garnish with flamed orange zest.
