Sparkling wine is the name of the game for Day 9, with a simple mix of orange liqueur and cranberry juice to enjoy with friends.
Day 9 – Poinsettia – Sparkling wine
Glass –
Champagne Flute
Ingredients –
15ml Cointreau
75ml Cranberry juice
Top with Sparkling Wine
Method –
Chill all of the ingredients beforehand. Pour the Cointreau and cranberry juice into a chilled Champagne flute and stir well. Top with Sparkling Wine.
Garnish with orange rind.
