Poland makes another appearance in the list, with their Wyborowa vodka based ‘Smoky Fall’ creating a pre-party cocktail.
Day 6 – Smoky Fall – Wyborowa
Glass –
Sling glass
Ingredients –
35ml Orange juice
10ml Fresh lime juice
5ml Sugar syrup
3x bar spoons of Smoky Plum jam
Ginger Beer top
Shake all the ingredients together (except ginger beer) and pour into a sling glass over crushed ice. Top with ginger beer.
Garnish with Physalis. Add more crushed ice if required.
