This new year, leading bar chain The Slug and Lettuce will be putting customers to the test with their new ‘Saints and Sinners’ menu.
As part of the promotion, diners will be quizzed on their likes, dislikes and interests to determine whether or not they will see in 2016 as a saint or a sinner with recommended dishes or cocktails made from a specially designed menu.
From January onwards, all five dishes on the menu available at £5 each. Sinners will be able to indulge in Fish and Chips, Classic Beef Burger and Smothered Chicken all washed down with a Cosmopolitan, Piña Colada or a Sex on the Beach. For those starting the year with a health kick, the saints menu includes all dishes under 500 calories from a Smoky Spanish-Style Chicken to a Vegetarian Stuffed Mexican Pasta along with mocktail Bambini Bellini.
Kate Wilton, Operations Director explains, “After the craziness of Christmas, trade is generally slower than usual so it’s important to incentivise customers with a great selection of food and drink. Our ‘Saints and Sinners’ menu caters for all guests whether they are after a mocktail or cocktail.”
