Spring has officially sprung! With the weather getting warmer, there’s no better time to freshen up your go to cocktails with something new!

Whether you’re enjoying the warm weather and a Smirnoff Ice Raspberry Peach Bellini Pop during a picnic with your beau or sipping on some chilled Smirnoff Seltzer Raspberry Rosé Frosé on a rooftop with your besties, Smirnoff have you covered.

Raspberry Peach Bellini Pops (Serves 10)

6 ounces Smirnoff Ice Raspberry
8 ounces fresh peach puree
5 ounces Champagne
8 ounces fresh raspberry puree
.527 oz alcohol per pop

Directions: Mix peach puree with champagne and pour into the bottom of 8 ice pop molds. Freeze until solid. Mix raspberry puree with Smirnoff Ice Raspberry and pour on top of the peach layer. Freeze until solid. Could also make multiple layers.

Raspberry Rose Frose-1009

Raspberry Rosé Frosé (serves 2)

2 cans (24 ounces) Smirnoff Spiked Sparkling Seltzer Raspberry Rosé
12 oz frozen raspberries
1/4 – 1/2 cup (taste test along the way) granulated sugar
.5 oz lemon juice
Lemon peel and slice for garnish

Directions: Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into wine glasses and garnish with lemon peel.

Hard Rock Cafe Want To Spritz Up Your Summer!

Hard Rock Cafe have brought out their latest cocktail creations for the Summer season, focusing on the ever-popular Spritz, twisting them with familiar names such as Bombay Sapphire, Jack Daniel’s, Grey Goose and Chambord.

Kick-start with my personal favourite of the ‘Jack and Diane’ that see’s Jack Daniel’s Old No.7 combined with Cointreau, fresh lemon juice, sugar syrup and topped with lemonade for a bold hit of whiskey and orange. A close second for me is the ‘Chambord Supernova’ that see’s Chambord blended with St Germaine elderflower and topped with Prosecco, soda and a lemon twist. Rich, refreshing and offers a long finish!

A fantastic Grey Goose offering in ‘Good Limes, Bad Limes’ is available, showing the flavours of St Germaine elderflower, fresh limes, Prosecco and soda, whilst the ‘Thyme Warp’ offers a highlight of the Bombay Sapphire experience with fresh lemon juice and tonic, with a sprig of thyme to bring out the fresh aromas.

The two other Bombay Sapphire creations include ‘Gin Ginie’ that see’s the bolder profiles of Chambord mixed with the British gin and bitter lemon, topped with a sprig of mint, whilst the ‘My Gineration’ focuses on the gin with orange juice, tonic and plenty of orange peel for garnish.

Six refreshing serves, priced between £9.45 and £9.95, served up, if you wish, within a Hard Rock souvenir mason jar (for £11.80) whilst rocking out in the sunshine (or what’s left of it) on their terrace. Aperol Spritz Set To Reward Lucky Commuters For Their Spontaneity

What: Mystery bus journey with Aperol Spritz to a secret celebrity DJ set

Aperol Spritz will surprise lucky Londoners by inviting them to swap their usual evening commute in favour of boarding a mysterious bus for a 5pm adventure.

In an exciting twist to the daily commute, the ‘321 Bus’ journey will reward passengers for acting spontaneously. Commuters boarding the bus will do so on the promise of a secret celebrity DJ set at the final destination and a supply of Aperol Spritz.

Named after the iconic 3-2-1 Aperol Spritz recipe – 3 parts Prosecco, 2 parts Aperol and 1 part Soda – the experience will launch a summer of activity from the ever-popular aperitif, as it flows through the nation at a series of special events in major UK cities: the ‘Aperol Spritz Socials’.

To apply for a place for you and a friend on the ‘Aperol Spritz 321 Bus’: simply email with your name and phone number.

Please note: Entry will close on Tuesday 19th May 2015, 12:00pm. Applicants will be chosen on a first come first served basis and notified if successful by 16:00 on Tuesday 19th May 2015. Successful applicants will receive further information detailing the bus departure location and pick up time. All passengers will be required to prove they are of UK legal drinking age.
