With an invigorating selection that could wake the dead, celebrate Halloween and start your weekend with a flaming Zombie, a bitter sweet Green Monster or a Bloody Alexander (full cocktail descriptions below).

Mount Gay Black Barrel rum, Overproof rum, pineapple juice, lime juice, fresh pineapple, passion fruit syrup, brown sugar cube. Garnished with half a passion fruit and a flaming sugar cube. Served long, over crushed ice.

Green Monster £12.50

El Jimador Blanco tequila, lemon juice, sugar syrup, egg white, orange bitters, green samphire. Garnished with green samphire. Served straight up.

Bloody Alexander £12.50

Hennessey fine de Cognac, Crème de Cacao Blanc, double cream, strawberry syrup. Garnished with grated nutmeg. Served straight up.

Hendrick’s Gin Cocktail Recipe



20ml Hendrick’s Gin
20ml Cointreau
20ml Lillet
20ml Lemon Juice
Dash Absinthe


Combine all ingredients in cocktail shaker and shake briskly over cubed ice. Double strain into cocktail glass.

Halloween Cocktails From Toussaint Coffee Rum Liqueur

Halloween is here, and Paulina Michalak of Quintessential Brands has created two frighteningly good cocktails using Toussaint coffee rum liqueur!

Glass – 

Tiki Mug

Ingredients – 

40 ml Toussaint Coffee Rum Liqueur
40 ml Skipper Rum
20 ml Fresh lime juice
10 ml Maraschino liqueur
15 ml Orgeat syrup
5 ml Grenadine

Method – 

Shake with ice, strain over cubed ice and garnish with half of pressed lime, Angostura bitters soaked brown sugar cube and Wray & Nephew Overproof rum drizzle.



Glass – 


Ingredients – 

20 ml Toussaint float
40 ml White rum
20 ml Cointreau
20 ml Fresh lime
15 ml Orgeat syrup
3 dashs Angostura aromatic bitters

Method – 

Shake and strain over cubed ice. Float 20 ml Toussaint on top. Garnish with a mint sprig, lime wedge and a cocktail cherry.

Be Wicked This Halloween With A Rigg’s Trigger Happy Cocktail

20ml Somerset Cider Brandy

50ml Eager apple juice

Method: Shake all ingredients but cider with ice and strain over cubed ice in a large tankard, top with cider and garnish with 3 apple slices.

Note: This drink also works really well with Cognac or Calvados
